HOLIDAY HOME MANAGEMENT

MONTHLY PACKAGE:
·         Cleaning and airing of your property fortnightly. Using our own team and housekeeper supervision or supervision of your own staff. All cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals are provided by the cleaning co.
·         Monthly property inspection report – A thorough inspection is done of the internal and external of your property to ensure the working of lights, electrical appliances, geyser, taps, alarm system, etc. All small defects like changing light bulbs are rectified on inspection. More serious matters are reported to owner.
·         Key  holding service
·         Collection, processing , filing and forwarding of mail.
·         Paying of bills on your behalf with detailed statements provided .
·         We have our own maintenance team that will see to small repairs in and around your property on your request.
·         Management of service providers :

      Pool maintenance
      Alarm Company
·     Overseeing repairs and maintenance

·         Proactive notification of home maintenance requirements with quote preparation.

CHAR SERVICE

Dust if you must – but why not let us take the hassle out of everyday cleaning. We take the responsibility for training, transporting and paying the workers and also adhere to government requirements regarding unemployment insurance, minimum wages, leave pay , sick and maternity leave.

We deliver the cleaner to your door by 9h00 and pick up between 15h00 and 16h00.She will perform all duties regarding domestic cleaning. She provides her own lunch. If you are not happy with the person allocated to you we will happily replace her with someone more suitable. Our employees are all very well trained, friendly and reliable. They wear uniforms and name tags.

We do not supply cleaning materials, chemicals or equipment with the Char service. We can on request supply a cleaning kit at R150-00. All payments to be made to THE CLEANING CO and an invoice will be provided at the end of the month. No other amounts are payable by the client.

AFTER TENANCY CLEANING

Always nice to offer your client a pristine clean property! Our after tenancy clean is a service offered to the landlord and estate agents.

Our teams are equipped with the necessary chemicals, tools and equipment. The cleaners have an extensive checklist reflecting the high standards required by letting agents.

MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEANING

We understand the importance of having the property professionally cleaned and checked prior to moving in or out.

Our thorough deep clean either at the end of a tenancy of before the start of one will leave the property professionally cleaned and polished.

Please note that our move in/move out cleaning does not include carpet cleaning but can be booked on request.

PRE ARRIVAL/EXIT CLEANING

This general domestic clean is offered to letting agents and landlords and is a cleaning service done after a holiday let, leaving your property fresh and clean for the next guests.

This service entails the following:
·         Dusting  and polishing of furniture
·         Sweeping and mopping of all tiled floor areas
·         Vacuuming of carpets
·         Thorough clean of bathroom including scrubbing of shower floor and cleaning of shower doors.
·         Cleaning of kitchen surfaces and appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and oven.
·         Washing of dishes
·         Cleaning of patios and braai.
·         Changing of linen and towels.
·         Laundering of linen and towels at our premises.
